WHEN TO ARRIVE:
Please come to class 5-10 minutes early to meet the instructor and get a quick rundown of the studio before class starts. This is also a great time to share any injuries or training limitations with the instructor to ensure your first workout will be a success!
WHAT TO BRING:
Gym clothes, gym shoes and a refillable water bottle. We provide sweat towels and filtered water. If it recently rained or snowed, we appreciate you bringing a second set of gym shoes to change into.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A 50 minute strength-focused, circuit-style workout with ample working time and a proper warm-up and cool down. Click here for more details on class descriptions and training details.
WHERE TO PARK:
Paid parking is available in front of the studio on Division Street (street parking is free before 8AM). Neighborhood parking (south of Division Street) is also free. During evening hours, parking can be difficult to find so please plan accordingly! Street parking near LaSalle School on Honore Street (just west of Body High) has free open parking before 7AM and after 4:30PM.
