MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Membership Type Change

Please email info@bodyhighfitness.com at least 3 days before your next billing cycle if you would like to update your membership type.

Membership Freeze

Please email info@bodyhighfitness.com at least 3 days before the start of your freeze to request an account pause. If you are on an auto-pay membership, you can pause for up to 3 months in 1 month increments at no charge. All monthly memberships will automatically resume billing after the last day of the freeze. Memberships can be frozen once per contractual year. Any additional time or each additional freeze is $15 per month, payable in advance.

Membership Cancellation

Please email info@bodyhighfitness.com at least 3 days before your next billing cycle if you would like to cancel your membership. You will have access to classes until the end of your final billing cycle.
