classes

Classes are structured with intervals and group stations. Every class has a different, unique workout program. The instructor will demonstrate all exercises at the beginning of class - don’t hesitate to ask questions! When selecting a class, make sure to read the description on the schedule. We do offer “Advanced” classes for members with prior experience (classes will have “Advanced” in the title)

Monday
Ignite | Chest - Shoulders - Cardio

Focused on the upper body and progressing in foundational strength movements by incorporating resistance training, free weights, body weight movements and functional exercises while also keeping the heart rate high to burn fat.

Tuesday
Drive | Legs - Glutes - Abs

Glutes, hamstrings and quads will be burning and heart rates will stay high while completing consecutive lower body strength movements like deadlifts, kettlebell swings, lunges and jump squats.

Wednesday
Burn | Back - Biceps - Cardio

Focus on the posterior chain by incorporating resistance training, free weights, body weight movements and functional exercises while also keeping the heart rate high to burn fat.

Thursday
Fire | Glutes - Core - Cardio

The second lower body day of the week developed to strengthen, shape and fire up the glutes while also targeting the core muscles and enhancing core stability.

Friday
Explode | Total Body - Power

Explosive movements will be the focus in this total body burner as speed, agility and athleticism are put to the test.

Saturday
Endure | Total Body - Endurance

The perfect fat burning, endurance testing, full body workout to start the weekend with a "bang" - your heart rate will be fired up with high rep ranges and lower weight.

Sunday
DETOX | Total Body - cardio focus

Final workout of the week is all about detoxing and keeping your heart rate up. The class will hit all major muscle groups with an emphasis on cardio to prepare your body for the week ahead.

OPEN GYM

Can't make it to class? Want to do your own workout in the studio? Our space and equipment is now available for open gym! An optional programmed workout will be provided for those interested. There will not be a trainer onsite to lead you through the workout; however, a manager will be there to answer any questions. You must book the open gym time in advance, just like class.
